MK - Mute Acknowledge

Message Purpose This message is sent in response to a Request Mute [RM] message. The MK message signals whether the mute request has been actioned or not.

Explanation The request to put Agent 2's call on mute has been successful.

ON OnOff boolean true 0 0 If specified, the respondent will be muted. If not specified the respondent will be retrieved from mute.
RC Recording boolean false 0 0 If this parameter is specified, the recording input muting is being controlled rather than the agent microphone.
RS ResourceStatus int true 0 4 This parameter may have the value 0, 1 or 2.

TD TenantDescriptor string false 1 80 This parameter is alphanumeric and identifies to which tenant this message applies.
