Message Purpose This message indicates that there are no numbers to dial for a specific agent.

Explanation The CRM application is advising The SSMD engine that there are no numbers to be dialed for agent Mary on Campaign CustCare
Notes This message is only sent for a Manual Outbound (SSMD) Campaign where numbers are requested for a specific agent. In some cases there may not be a number available to dial for the agent. The default behaviour is to alert and leave the agent in a waiting state without work.
