QT - Queue Timeout

Message Purpose This message is sent to CallGem when the ringing inbound call has breached the queue timeout for the queue it is ringing in. CallGem will respond by rerouting the call or disconnecting.

Explanation The call with session ID BBFD0004 on the CustCare campaign has breached the queue timeout for the queue it is ringing in.

YS SessionUUID string false 20 50 From V10.7.596 - Each media session has a universally unique identifier assigned on creation. The UUID can be used by telephony layer messaging as an alternative unique form of reference to the SI parameter.
