Message Purpose	This message is sent by the control application to CallGem to request that two waiting agents are swapped to each others campaign.
Example	AS\CNSales1\C2CustCare\ANFred\A2George\TXBL00000327
Explanation	The agent named Fred on the Sales1 campaign is going to be moved to the CustCare campaign at the same time as agent George is moved to the Sales1 campaign. Either both moves will occur or if either agent is not in the correct state then no moves will occur.
