OS	OldStatus	int	true	0	3	The previous state of the turret just before this change. This parameter may have values between 0 and 3 0 Turret deleted or does not exist. 1 Turret Logged In and idle. 2 Turret is ACD Available. 3 Turret in the process of deletion.
QI	UserIdentifier	string	true	1	80	Identifies this endpoint login as part of a User session. This ID may not clash with agent identifiers. User defined parameter values may include any characters except / \ : * ? " < > & % ! ' ;
RS	ResourceStatus	int	true	0	3	The new status of the turret. This parameter may have values between 0 and 3 0 Turret deleted or does not exist. 1 Turret Logged In and idle. 2 Turret is ACD Available. 3 Turret in the process of deletion.
