Killing a Campaign

From V10.6.847 - the legacy Softdial Campaign ManagerWindows client is no longer available, via install or download.

Killing a campaign should only be done in extreme circumstances.

Killing a campaign terminates the selected campaign with immediate effect. All agents are logged out, regardless of whether they are in a call or not, and the campaign is closed.

A campaign can be killed if it is in any state except for stopped.

To kill a campaign:

  1. select the campaign
  2. click Kill button

A popup similar to the following will appear (Fig. 1):

If you sure you want to kill the campaign, press Yes. To cancel the killing, press No.

Once a campaign has successfully been killed, the state becomes stopped.
