If you are aiming to reload multiple campaigns at the same time, campaign reloading must be staggered to avoid overloading the campaign database.

This applies to campaigns reloaded from the Softdial Campaign Manager™ client or via the API (by issuing a Reload Campaign [RL] message).
A campaign may use this action reload the campaign contacts from its database.
This can be useful if changes have been made to the contact database of the campaign after the campaign has been started, and the changes need to be accounted for during the campaign. (for example, extra contacts have been appended to or removed from the database, or contact data has been altered.)
A campaign can only be reloaded if it is in a running or suspended state.
