Multiple Switches

Softdial CallGem™ supports multiple switches within Softdial CallGem™ messages/ Router methods, facilitating large scale contact center operations with the minimum of extra integration work.

Each campaign, and therefore each agent, is currently associated with one particular switch. Support for the stretching of campaigns across multiple switches will be implemented in a future release of Softdial CallGem™.
