A threshold is a way of drawing attention within the widget to the fact that the value of a metric has met or exceeded a criterion (as specified in this tab). Such metrics then display in the specified color instead of the default.
The Thresholds tab is only available to the following widget types. Exactly which element changes color is also specified below:

The number of thresholds currently applied to the widget will be shown in the tab header, remaining visible when other tabs are in focus.
The following actions are available for thresholds:

The selected metric does not have to match that selected in the this field field above. If the selected field is not that is one visible in the widget, the threshold will still be accepted. |
as this colour | Select a suitable colour for the items that have reached/ exceeded the threshold |
Show line | Check to display a dotted line in the threshold colour at the threshold level on the chart. This option is only available for bar/ area charts, if the Stacked option is not selected. |

All existing thresholds are available for editing, simply by altering values.
At the top-right corner of an existing threshold, click the Duplicate button. The threshold is duplicated below the original, and can then be modified.
At the top-right corner of an existing threshold, click the Remove button. The threshold is removed.
