Play File
Used to play a sound file that has a fully qualified file name.
The difference between this step and the Play Recording step is that the sound file to be played does not have to be
Inputs
| 1. | Sound File Name | (Mandatory) | The fully-qualified name of a sound file |
| 2. | Playback Timeout | (Optional) | The number of seconds after which the playback is timed out. Defaults to 60 seconds |

Outcomes
| 1. | Fail | The recording could not be played. This may be due to a missing recording, an error in the path or a telephony error |
| 2. | Success | The recording was successfully played |
| 3. | Call Ended | The call was dropped before the playback could be completed |
