Used to start call recording.

Inputs
| 1. | File Name | (Optional) | If the recording is to be saved under a specific file name, specify a file name here. As there are likely to be multiple call recordings, a unique name is recommended (e.g. the session ID - see Fig. 1) . The filename specified must include the .wav file extension |
