Decision Branch

Used to compare the value of the Input variable with the value of the Outcome Name.

The example script in Fig. 1 compares the value in the Script variable CallType (Fig. 2) with the 3 Outcome Names, AnsMachine, Connect and FaxMachine (Fig. 3). The script is directed to whichever flow matches the value in CallType.
