2) Editing the Start Script

In the central design area, click on the Start.xml tab :

1. In the left panel > Script Resources tab, from the Subscripts folder (at the bottom), drag the MySubscript subscript onto the design area.

   There are no Inputs or Outputs for this step, as the Start Script step does not pass any data to the MySubscript step. The default Outcome is used.

2. From the Step Library Call Control folder, drag an End Call Transaction step.
3. Double click to edit. The End Call Transaction step has one mandatory input field (Fig. 1).

   We will enter 0 (Live call) in this field but any valid agent outcome may be used.

4. Finally, link the steps using the link (+) handles:
   1. Start Script > MySubscript - with Outcome Value Next,
   2. MySubscript > End Call Transaction - with Outcome Value OK,
   3. End Call Transaction > Exit Script - with Outcome Value Next.

Your Start.xml tab will now look similar to Fig. 2.
