Explanation | CallGem sends back error message 30 to the host telling it that the Agent Identifier is missing from the message sent to it by the host (asking CallGem to log Tom into the CustCare campaign). The faulty message is sent back in full, in inverted commas, after the FM identifier, and no other action is taken. |
