Message Purpose	This message reports back to the host on any faulty messages sent by it to CallGem.
Example	ER\EC30\FM"AL\CNCustCare\ADTom"
Explanation	CallGem sends back error message 30 to the host telling it that the Agent Identifier is missing from the message sent to it by the host (asking CallGem to log Tom into the CustCare campaign). The faulty message is sent back in full, in inverted commas, after the FM identifier, and no other action is taken.
Notes	The Error Report [ER] message appears in every interface in Softdial Contact Center: Error Report [ER] - Agent (this page) Error Report [ER] - Campaign Error Report [ER] - Campaign Management Error Report [ER] - CTI Error Report [ER] - Management Error Report [ER] - User They are, in fact, the same message. They appear separately so that integrators will not overlook the fact that support for this message is mandatory no matter what the scope of their implementation.
