Message Purpose | This message is sent to the Agent application when an agent has been made available. It may be sent in response to the Agent Available [AA] message or if the agent is being moved from one campaign to another. |

Explanation | When an agent has become available, either as a result of the agent application sending the Agent Available [AA] message or as a result of third-party intervention, CallGem sends the Now Available [NA] message to the agent application to notify it that the agent is now available to take calls. |
