User API

The user model, introduced with V10.7, provides the means to have oversight and control of the user session, which may encompass several agent endpoints. Softdial Agent Desktop™ integrates with the user model. Individual agent endpoint sessions are managed either through Softdial Scripter™, or by a third-party integration with the agent model.

To find specific API messages, use either:

the Search facility top right
