The Static Configs tab shows the list of static configurations for the current tenant.
Static Configurations are SDMP messages sent to Softdial CallGem in order to setup initial configurations for a particular tenant when that tenant is started (or provisioned). In practice, this is when the Campaign Manager Service for the tenant starts.
Messages must conform to the API specifications for SDMP messages, as detailed in the API Message Guide section of this site. The Dialer Chat tool is recommended to test and prove SDMP messages before entering them as static configurations here.
When New or Edit are clicked, the static configuration properties dialogue is shown (Fig. 2)
