Preconference Add 3rd Party

After a successful Conference from Preconference request, this step is used to bring the 3rd party back in to the conversation i.e. remove the 3rd party from Hold. This changes the call to a 3 party conference.

From V10.5.379 / V10.6.231 - this parameter was added to replace auto generation of a Session ID parameter. If this value is specified - the value is always used not specified - a Session ID parameter is not included in the message Prior to these versions there were no Inputs to this step.

Outcomes

1.	Drop	The call was dropped before the 3rd Party was re-conferenced or there was a telephony error
2.	Success	The 3rd Party was successfully re-conferenced
3.	No Add	The 3rd Party was not re-conferenced
