To run the script:
Ensure that the campaign to which the script was published (see 5) Publishing the Project) is running (e.g. Fig. 1).
You may wish to use the Softdial Sim to simulate telephony. For more details, see Demonstration of Softdial Contact Center™
With the campaign running, log an agent into the campaign/ script (e.g. Fig. 2).
When asked Do you wish to take calls?, select Yes
After a short period, the script will be presented in a screen pop.
