Softdial Campaign Manager™ can clean a campaign's contact database against Do Not Call (DNC) lists.
This operation is currently performed in advance of the running of a campaign, as part of its pre-processing. A future release of Softdial Campaign Manager™ will allow DNC lists to be checked against contact numbers as a campaign runs.

This comes about because Softdial Campaign Manager™ stores its DNC information in the Switch Result Column of the output database table. When a record is marked as Do Not Call the Switch_Result field is set to 100. This is also why that column must be set in the configuration before a campaign can have a DNC list associated with it.
Softdial Campaign Manager™ provides feedback if the most likely circumstances (1, 2.ii or 2.iv) should arise, by keeping track of which DNC lists a campaign has been cleaned against. If a campaign is run under one of those circumstances, then a confirmation dialogue is displayed. Clicking Yes or No yields the following results:
From V10 - any user-generated DNC list that is selected in the above window will automatically be processed when the campaign is started.
The campaign will not automatically start after this task completes, as it has been aborted.
