Starting and Resuming a Campaign

From V10.6.847 - the legacy Softdial Campaign ManagerWindows client is no longer available, via install or download.

A campaign can be started (or resumed) only if

  1. it is in a stopped or suspended state, and
  2. its parameters are not being edited.

To Start a campaign if stopped, or Resume a campaign if suspended:

  1. Select the campaign
  2. Click Start button

A warning message may pop up if the campaign needs to be pre-processed. See Pre-Processing a Campaign.

The campaign will enter into a starting state . and messages will begin to appear within the Server Notification Panel. This will be followed by a change of state to running, and further messages may appear.
