Softdial Scripter™
Designer
Tutorial
If you are a new to Softdial Scripter™, follow this step by step tutorial to create your first scripting project.
This topic introduces the basics of Scripter Designer, by creating a simple IVR script that
- accepts DTMF input from the caller
- transfers the call to one of two possible options depending on what the caller enters.
For more advanced examples and tutorials on script design and publishing, see Subscripts Tutorial.
To access Scripter Designer
- locally, on the server where Softdial Contact Center™ is installed. Search for Scripter Designer or open directly at C:\<root>\Scripter2\Designer\ScripterDesigner.exe (by default)
