Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC) client applications are available via the installed SCC web server, either for display in a web browser, or for download and execution.
Which applications are actually presented depends on the level of permissions the user has been assigned in Softdial Repository™. See User and Endpoint Permissions.
In order to access these applications, the user must log in to SCC as follows.
Users of Microsoft Edge version 44.x and above must add the domain name/ IP address of the SCC web server host to the Windows list of Trusted Sites, as follows:

The Campaign Manager web client uses the menu via the legacy Navigator toolbar at the bottom left of the screen (Fig. 6), used by older versions of SCC, which is described below.
The Navigator button allows
The three squares to the right of the Navigator button (see Fig. 5) are status indicators, described below. The colour of these indicators changes according to the status. Hovering the mouse over each of these squares will display additional information to aid fault diagnosis.
The indicator on the left is the Network Activity indicator, reporting web request activity. Hovering over the square brings up a tooltip (Fig. 7) showing

The network activity status is also indicated by the colour of this square:

The indicator on the right, indicates Softdial CallGem™ status:
The area to the right of the indicators is also used to display diagnostic information in the case of errors.
