Tenant Resources

Tenant-level resource configuration is conducted within Softdial Repository. To access the Repository as a tenant:

  1. First, log in to Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC) via the Login web page, as a tenant user (e.g. tenant default). See Accessing Client Applications
  2. To access Repository, the user must have Configuration, System or Superuser permissions. See User and Endpoint Permissions. The Administrator, set up on installation, has Superuser permissions.
  3. On successful login, the web client Home page appears.

  4. Click on Softdial Repository. The Repository opens at the Campaigns & Queues tab.
