Tenant Resource Configuration
Tenant Resources
Tenant-level resource configuration is conducted within Softdial Repository™. To access the Repository as a tenant:
- First, log in to Softdial Contact Center™ (SCC) via the Login web page, as a tenant user (e.g. tenant default). See Accessing Client Applications
- To access Repository, the user must have Configuration, System or Superuser permissions. See User and Endpoint Permissions. The Administrator, set up on installation, has Superuser permissions.
- On successful login, the web client Home page appears.

- Click on Softdial Repository. The Repository opens at the Campaigns & Queues tab.
