The Client Window presents the following information on campaigns:

Heading Meaning
Campaign The name by which each campaign is identified.
State A representation of the state of each campaign. The following states are possible:

Linked Indicates whether this is a linked campaign, a master campaign, or standalone. See Linked Campaigns.
Type The type of campaign (e.g. Predictive). See General Settings.
Agents The number of agents currently logged in to each campaign.
Completion Est An estimation of the percentage of the list which has been dialed, calculated as:

(Calls Made / (Calls Made + List Remaining + Retries Remaining)) * 100

This value may increase as retries are added to the call list.

List Size The total number of records in the campaign list. Set on campaign start based on SQL query results
Calls made The number of records sent to Softdial CallGem™ for processing since the last time statistics were reset.

The count is

  • incremented when records (numbers) are sent to Softdial CallGem
  • decremented when records are returned from Softdial CallGem™ unprocessed (undialed)

This number includes any undialed records still in Softdial CallGem™'s cache. It will not be the same as the Total Calls number shown in Campaign Status Viewer which only reports completed calls.

List Remaining The number of records in the campaign list remaining to be processed for each campaign. Set on campaign start from an SQL query of undialed records.

The count is decremented when records (numbers) in cache are sent to Softdial CallGem

Retries/ Callbacks Outstanding The number of retries remaining in the database for each campaign that have not yet been pulled into cache for dialing. Set on campaign start from SQL query of dialed records which have a retry time set. The count includes both retries and callbacks.

The count is

  • incremented with each call completion that results in a retry or callback
  • decremented when a retry/ callback is read in to cache
Cache The number of records currently in Softdial Campaign Manager™'s cache but not yet passed to Softdial CallGem™. This includes fresh numbers and retries/callbacks.

The initial size of this cache is set in the campaign parameters. For further information, see Database Input and Modifying a Campaign.

The maximum cache size can be set using the MaxReadRetryCacheSize registry setting, which has a default setting of 5000.

Runout est An estimation of the time in minutes until the list is exhausted. See Completion Est above
Locked Whether the campaign is locked, either automatically or because a client has the campaign properties open
